There are three types of listings on this website: No-Fee Rentals, Fee-Rentals, and Sales. Rentals include apartment rentals and any other types of real estate that is currently for rent or lease by a seperate owner. "No-Fee" means that the Prospective Renter will not pay a broker fee for services rendered. Sales are items such as condos, homes, townhomes, and lofts that are being sold by Kunevich and Lau Realty or another Brokerage Firm. Sales are never considered "No-Fee" and will be charged a commission agreed upon before any business or transactions take place. Please be aware that Sales and Rentals are different, and Terms and Conditions may vary according to the agreements made by each party involved.
