Hotbostonrentals.com is resource for Bostonians (and potential Bostonians) to use while searching apartment rentals, home sales, and general information around the Metropolitan area. Boston is the best city in the USA as far as we're concerned due to its size, frequency of events, history, and beautiful location near the water. It's the perfect walking city and is much smaller than New York City, but big enough that it has all the same exciting events and activities.
This website was designed in 2006 by Christian Polleys, who is a licensed Realtor of Kunevich and Lau Real Estate. He is the primary owner and operator of the sites affairs. Christian is a Economics/Finance student studying at Northeastern University, and has rented numerous apartments in the Quincy/Braintree area, Downtown Boston, and West of the City. The website is constantly being upgraded with new features and browsing elements to show you the best options before choosing your new apartment or home. There's so much out there, and we like to share it all with no hassles.
Our site is updated at least bi-weekly if not more, and we offer superior knowledge of your options. We use numerous resources online and in print. If it's not listed here, chances are we know where to find it. RENTALS
Q: There aren't any three bedrooms listed on your site. Do you have any?
A: Yes. Many of the properties we work with have three bedroom options, but since they're less popular, we choose not to list them.
Q: What is a typical apartment showing like?
A: Generally we schedule an appointment for the afternoon, then visit 2-5 properties of your choice. We'l pick you up, or you can follow us in your own vehicle, and along the way you'll be introduced to property owners, and other leasing agents that are trying to rent thier apartments.
Q: Why do your maps only bring me to general towns/locations?
A: We do not share exact property locations, since our business relies on the tours we offer. Please read the following question for further details...
Q: Where is ___(property name)___ located?
A: We'd love to give you addresses and phone numbers, but can't for two reasons. One is that property managers prefer refering agents to bring thier clients along for the tour. It's a more professional and secure way of doing business. Secondly, if you visit the property on your own, theres no way to ensure our services are compensated for.
Q: Can you tell me about the Boston area, and fun things to do?
A: Once we schedule a tour, we'll be glad to share all the hot spots and fun things to do. Theres so much!
Q: What is "No-Fee"?
A: No-Fee simply means that you don't pay anything to us real estate agents for services rendered. No-Fee is common among rentals in larger metropolitan areas, and are offered as incentives to agents from landlords to fill thier space.
Q: Do I get a better deal by paying No-Fee?
A: Yes and no. If you pay a fee, your rent will probably be lower since the property owner no longer has to comensate the agent for that fee. Whether you pay a fee or not, generally it all averages out , although great deals do exhist.
Q: Are all of your apartments No-Fee?
A: The apartment listings in thecommunities are all No-Fee. anything listed outside of this area may or may not have a fee. The fee due upon accepted rental application will be shared in the listing information.
Q: I'm a yankees fan, can I rent through you?
A: No....ok maybe.

Q: Can I buy/sell a home through your Office?
A: Yes, Kunevich and Lau Real Estate is a full-service Real estate firm and can handle all of your needs.
Q: Are you a member of the REALTOR association?
A: Yes. All off Executives agents are required to join the local board of realtors.
Q: What will you charge to sell my condo/home?
A: Right now we expect 3.75% off your selling value. Contact us for more information.

We'll give you more close attention than the big guys, and charge you less. Can you beat that?
Q: What do you think about the Real Estate market overall?
A: Don't believe everything you read in the newspapers. Different housing markets fluctuate contstantly. |
